Prayer 2 GOD

I just read today 2Chronicles 20:12 “If necessary God will move heaven and earth to show us his will

My prayer to GOD started off with “God you have my attention… What are you trying to tell me what do you need me to see what do you need me to do?” God has a way of slowing us down when we go astray… He gets our attention my making us restless, sending us words through others, unusual blessings, unanswered prayers, allowing some setbacks and defeats, extraordinary circumstances, financial troubles, tragedy, sickness and afflictions. God knows where we are in our walk of faith and he knows what it will take to gain our attention….

Silence

Is Every thought that comes to mind meant to be expressed?

Is Every feeling of hate suppose to be acted upon?

Is Every thought of jealousy and envy suppose to consume you?

We as humans were born with hate, jealousy, envy, sin and evil thoughts. You don't have to teach anyone how to be mean, how to hurt someone, how to commit sin. But we have to be taught how to LOVE instead of expressing HATE, we have to practice thinking

POSITIVE thoughts

VS

NEGATIVE thoughts, we have to MEDITATE on

GODS WORD

to strengthen our SPIRIT so can overcome the battle we have with our FLESH that commits the SIN.

Is it fair to say that it is so easy to be mean to someone rather than to smile and be cordial. It is so easy to frown your face up to hate on or hate someone yet hard to give a compliment and be of acceptance. It is so easy to accept Physical and Verbal abuse yet hard to accept LOVE, UNDERSTANDING, PEACE, HAPPINESS, and JOY..

We have to Open yourselves up for Change because our Flesh is constantly at Battle but When We Meditate on GODS WORD and STAND ON GODS PROMISE.. WE CAN WIN EVER BATTLE...

Its not that they don't HEAR you speaking,


Its not that they don't SEE you standing there,


Its not that they don't SMELL your scent,


Its not that they don't FEEL your presence,

They just don't want to see, hear, smell, or feel you because when You Stand in their Presence their heart starts trembling, when You Speak their ears shake and palms sweat, when You Walk the ground shakes... They are not ignoring you they are just slightly intimidated and they'll do anything to keep you quiet and keep you in one place.. But don't sit down and be quiet... STAND UP OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND SPEAK AND WALK WITH YOUR HEAD HELD HIGH AND WALK IN FAITH.....

Stay Open and Allow God to Do Things His Way

Isaiah 55:9 For as the Heavens are higher than the Earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, and My thought than your thoughts.

When we put God in a box and order God to bless us the way we want him to bless us we set ourselves up to miss out on a blessing. When we pray for a blessing we have to expect the unexpected because GOD does things his own way. God uses people he want to use to bring you the blessing or to be a blessing to you, God uses situations to bless us. Do not miss out on opportunities because your blindsided by preconceived thoughts. God is not going to bless you the same way he blessed you the last time. God is not a GOD of Yesterday but a GOD of Now...

Take the Limits off of GOD... Take GOD out of that Box you have...Don't Sleep on GOD

Things may appear different from what you expected so Stay Open Minded and be ready and open to receive whatever it is GOD sends to you....

Recognize a Blessing because you might just miss out...

With Love Comes Pains Its Inevitable

It is inevitable to be in Love without inflicting some type of Pain.. The two goes together but the Pain endured makes the Love that much stronger.. I know I have fallen short and inflicted pain and caused my GOD to shake his head but when he shows me his Grace,Mercy and Favor I love him more and more because He Loves Me and its Unconditional.. GOD IS AWESOME

Why Claim a Title or Status If It doesn't represent you

We are not meant to be alone but just because you are physically alone doesn't mean GOD is not with you.

Now a days everyone is so desperate to belong to someone they go as far as to labeling themselves Married, In a Relationship, etc just to say to the world I belong to someone, I am wanted..

Wrong Answer

You belong to the most Most High GOD and he will send that significant person to you if you just hold on and wait. If your single embrace it Go spend quality time with yourself, the Lord, and friends and family. Don't put your married if your just dating the time will come when that special person will propose or you will propose to someone. Don't rush GODS timing everything happens when he wants it to happen.. You can either go your own way and possibly miss the true blessing or wait on GOD!!!

Love doesn't have to be discovered Love will come knocking at your door..

The Relationship Starts with YOU GOD and then Others....

Everything Has Its Time Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

In order to LEAD you must first FOLLOW

Proverbs 12:1 says NKJV:
Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, But he who hates correction is stupid

We were made in GODs image to be used for his own purpose to Glorify Him and to Praise his name; To be blessing to others and to Lead his lost sheep back to him. How can you be a blessing to others? and how can you lead his children back to him?, if you don't know GOD for yourself. If you haven't humble yourself and found truth in GOD by following Jesus 1st you can't possibly lead..

Proverbs 3:5-6 reads NKJV:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

It is GOD who gives us direction and in order for him to direct us we must first surrender our minds, hearts, and spirit to him. A prideful heart can not serve GOD but a Humbled heart can serve and Lead because you understand GOD you know His Word and You Live by it..

Proverbs 16:18-19 says NKJV:
Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit
Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.

The Bible makes it clear that GOD hates pride. He puts it in the same category with murder! He hates pride because it is the one sin that keeps us from allowing GOD to use us for His Purposes. When we are persistent about doing things our way then we are in no position to do things GODs way. Our GOD refuses to share his Glory with anyone..


GOD gives us free WILL to choose Him by accepting Jesus Christ into our heart as our Lord and Savior and once we open that door we are opening doors of new opportunities, new blessings, new grace, new favor and new mercy exceedingly,abundantly above all. Don't allow the enemy to keep you bondage when GOD can give you NEW LIFE

2)Wax on Wax off (Discipline or Discipleship) Make sure your on your "A" game . Discipline is a form of training to obey rules. Stay up to date on latest trends and technology




3)Objects in this mirror appear closer than you think (Optical Illusion) Life is full of optical illusions. On your journey you will face obstacles, challenges, and hurdles that will appear huge in your mind remember its just an illusion.. Tell yourself "You Can Do It" and "Just Do It" go over go under go through it until you have reached the other side.




4)May I Have Your Attention (Focus) There will be noise competing for your attention that will try to distract you from your course. If it is not getting you closer to your dream and its taking you further away from it it is time for elimination. Make sacrifices go to sleep early or work later. remember its temporary.




5)Mind Blowing Decisions (Prepare Your Mind) Make up your mind that You are going to do it. Determine that you are going to do what ever it takes to be successful and exceed everyone's expectations. Sometimes determination will cause you to take drastic steps towards your goals.





6)Life Support (Support System) You were not assigned to do the job alone. The journey will be tough you will need a cheerleader to cheer you on to the finish line. You Will Need Them






7)The Challenge Time Talent Treasure . Time, you must learn how to manage, talent you have skills and gifts and treasures your finances need to be managed appropriately...

You hinder yourself from moving forward when you fail to be content with YOU!! Hold onto the peace that Jesus left with us and learn to Love and Appreciate you it will change your perspective on life... I am not perfect and I am learning to be content as I type this blog hoping to encourage my friends and family to do the same...

Let Go of the Past

Clinging to bitterness, an unforgiving spirit and old mistakes will always keep us from achieving our God given potential.

We must learn to acknowledge the past for what it is .. THE PAST; there is nothing you can physically do to change what may have happened because what is done is done. Know that your best days are ahead of you. Remember that GOD does not glory in pain and sorrow but he uses these things to teach us about his love and faithfulness. God is a GOD of the Past Present and Future and if he got you throw the storm before he will certainly do it for you again if you lean on him.

Lesson : Own the past and let it go

Isaiah 43:18-19

Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

Matthew 9:17

Nor do they put new wine into old wineskins, or else the wineskins break, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined. But they put new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.

Do not block your blessing being bitter, holding onto the past mistakes, holding grudges... but let it go and allow GOD to renew you to press forward....

God has a delightful way of turning negatives into positives. He loves to take things that Satan means for our harm and use them instead for His Glory and our benefit.

Happiness Vs Joy...

Happiness depends on happenings. It can fade when an experience is over; such as at the end of a family reunion or a relaxing vacation

.. but Joy on the other hand is the kind of enduring contentedness that gets us through the tough times.

Paul talks in Philippians about the Joy we can experience as believers in Jesus.

So the next time someone ask you Can I make you happy or Do I make you happy remember its only temporary it soon fades...Jesus gives us everlasting Joy..

If you let someone make you happy its time to experience the Joy that only Jesus can give you... not to mention Peace

Really ... I have to put plugs in my baby cousin ears.. Must we hear about sex all the time.. There use to be old school songs that would be talking about sex and you'd never know it unless you were of age and experienced, videos weren't as explicit now we are promoting sex.. I use to look in the mirror and try to define me.

Don't Feel Ashamed?


Remember in Genesis with Adam and Eve when the Serpent later identified as the devil deceived them into eating from the tree in which GOD told them not to eat from. When they heard GOD they hid and clothed themselves because they realized they were naked they were afraid and ashamed. Genesis 3:1-11


I want to tell you there is no need to be ashamed there is no need to hide and cover your guilt but repent and come to the Father who can make you whole, who can give you peace, who can free you from your shame and transgressions,who can make you new again. Don't allow the devil to play with your mind and try to convince you that you are no longer good. He may be telling the Lord your child is guilty of this or that and it may be true but when you come to tell the LORD that you are guilty of accusations GOD can make you Brand New...and that is the TRUTH... Jesus died so that we may live a life of Peace, Joy, Victory, Love, Humbled Confidence.. Hold your Head up and know that GOD is not surprised by anything that you do and in

In every state and every city there is bound to be a hood. A hood that may consist of laughs, tears, love, pain,crime,gang related activities,BBQ cookouts etc. Every once in a while people just want to escape from the hood for some people its to the Basketball Court, Recreation Center, The Movies, but for skaters to escape we go to the WOOD....

Sometimes people just want to escape from reality and forget about their bills, debt, break ups, lost of love ones, work environment... What better way than to go skate on the WOOD..

Whatever happened to saving yourself until marriage??  Well I may not be a virgin but I'm on reserved for THE MAN God has for me.. You May Like the Curves But there is more to me than what you SEE ... Try Exploring me Mentally and Spiritually..

Some people think I'm silly when I say I want to wait til marriage before I give all that I have to another man. I think I'm being more and more like Christ. I know it’s not easy but it’s worth it. Society puts in our minds that we need to get out test the waters get some experience under our belts and then settle down. Before, I believed that but as I mature in Christ my desire to fulfill the worlds vision is foreign to me.. My Desires are changing I'm not perfect but God is sculpting me daily mentally spiritually and physically.

 So if you want to cancel our dates or postpone time we spend together because I'm not into the exchange of bodily fluids, orgasms and the FEW minutes of passion then you just go right along because I'm going to be OK trust me..  I am waiting til I meet Mr. Right so he can make me his Mrs. Right.. I'm done with the story of the birds and the bees I'm more into the story that follows that...

You know fashion because you are wearing the hottest trend. Your Shirt is clean and fresh not too big or too small. I love the jeans and how the denim stitch matches the stitch in your shirt. You kicks are clean and fresh shoe strings are far from dingy. As you walk in front of me I am impressed until... We pass each other and I see your Sean John boxers and your belt which is below your waist. I simply shack my head and say MAN!!!  If he'd would of separated himself from the prison trend then maybe...

You Were the Reason

                 You may have been the reason for my tears but those were the tears that made me strong. God used you when you had no clue.Things that were said and done seen and unseen heard and unheard GOD used it to get through to me. To tell me that there was no greater love than the love he has for me. When I was depending on you for happiness GOD said to me "I am the way".  But see you failed to realize that I'll forever be the head and never the tail.. So may I say thank you but not to you silly but to my LORD .. My God is Awesome because I have a big smile not just on my face but my soul is smiling too.. Endure Pain to Enjoy and Appreciate Happiness... Because when you said No God said Yes and when you ignored my call God Said I am Here and I hear your crying call when you said I don't Love you God said my Love for you is unconditional... I say all of that not to put anyone who might of hurt me down but to tell my story . To tell you the tears you shed and the aching pain you feel will past you by and one day you will smile and thank GOD for allowing you to go through it so you could appreciate the feeling of joy, happiness and victory when the rain is over..

When One Door Closes ...

When One Door Closes Get Prepared to Open the Next Door

I've heard the expression "When one door closes another one opens" in fact I live by the saying. Because for one I truly believe that when something comes to an end surely a new opportunity is right around the corner. Just like the circle of life they say when one person dies someone is giving birth and bringing in new life. 

Why sit around instead of running to get to that next door? is it fear? is it because the door  of the past is not completely sealed shut? What is it?

If you walk out of a door you must close it completely, if not you leave room for something from the past to creep back in to your present and or future. You have learn to trust that when GOD takes you from a place that your better days are ahead of you. Don't be afraid to let go otherwise you'll be waiting missing out on all of the blessings GOD has in store for you.

Cry if you have to let it all out its not going to be easy but don't let it consume you. Don't hold onto pain or being unappreciated let go and watch how the LORD will move in your life.
